Do we need to order a minimum quantity (MOQ)?
No. We operate on an on-demand production model – we only produce items that an employee orders. We do not impose any minimum order quantities or require inventory storage.
Who covers shipping costs?
Shipping is 100% free for the employee – the package arrives right at their doorstep with no extra charges. Actual delivery costs are billed centrally to your company, with transparent summaries visible in your HR dashboard.
How do you handle GDPR and private employee addresses?
Employees enter their home delivery addresses themselves on a secure platform. HR never collects or shares sensitive data in spreadsheets or emails – you see order statuses in your dashboard, while private home addresses remain safe.
Can an employee log in without remembering a password?
Yes. We offer convenient passwordless login via “Magic Link”. The employee enters their work email and clicks a one-time access link sent to their inbox.
Do you offer eco-friendly products in the catalog?
Yes. In the Pro plan and higher, you can activate a dedicated Eco catalog featuring items made from recycled materials and certified fabrics. These are clearly highlighted with an Eco badge in the employee store.
Can we reward employees outside of onboarding?
Of course! Kingpack works all year round. Using the campaign module (from the Pro plan), you can top up points for holidays, work anniversaries (Workiversary), promotions, or company retreats – for the whole team or selected groups.
Does the platform connect to our HR system (HRIS)?
Yes. Starting from the Pro plan, we offer integrations with BambooHR, Personio, Workday, Rippling, and others via Zapier. New hires can be invited automatically once added to your HR software – without any manual work from HR.

- Team privacy: HR has no access to home addresses – each employee enters their details privately in their account.
- No credit card data required: employees never enter credit cards; they pay exclusively with company Swag Credit points.
